Honda XR350R/XR500R/XR600R/XL600R Dual High Output Stator
High output dual 100Watt coil stator for Honda XR350, XR500, XR600, and XL600 models. The dual coils make this part able to fit multiple XR & XL models, and can provide a second output (on bikes where both coils are not necessary) to run another headlight, charge a battery, etc.
The G412 stator is a high quality part to replace and upgrade the charging system in Honda XR350, XR500, XR600, and XL600 models. On many XR & XL models the stock stator is ridiculously underpowered. For such a large stator core, Honda did a very poor job of using all of that space. This size stator is capable of over 200W of output, and if Honda's not going to take advantage of it, then RaceTech Electric will!
The G412 stator is wound with an extremely reliable 2-pole ignition coil. This provides a strong peak voltage for your ignition system, and in many cases can result in a hotter, stronger spark, easier starting, and stronger running (comments we've had from multiple customers!) The remaining poles on the stator are wound with 2 floated high current coils producing 100Watts each (wound with large diameter wire for high current, resulting in high power beginning at low RPM). The floated coil means each end of each coil ends in a separate bullet connector at the end of the stator's wiring harness. Each coil can be used to power the necessary lighting or battery charging system on your respective XR or XL model. If the second coil is not necessary for your model, it can be left unused for a simple installation, or used to power another light or battery charging system. This configuration gives you an easy plug & play installation, and also more options to tailor your bike's electrical system to your needs.
